Shipping Policy

At JT Morolux, we process and ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or for remote destinations.

The total estimated delivery window includes order processing plus carrier transit time and is shown at checkout when available.

Carriers

We ship through established carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. For orders under $35, any applicable shipping charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment. Expedited options, when available, are displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship oversized items to P.O. Boxes. Weather conditions, carrier delays, or other events outside our direct control may affect delivery time.
